This custom home in Fort Worth was part of a new construction project led by Village Homes, a long-time partner of Ramon Roofing for more than 25 years.
As with many of our collaborations, this roof was fabricated entirely in-house—from raw material to final installation—delivering seamless coordination and precision from day one.
Fabricated Onsite for a Perfect Fit
Our team began with Sheffield Metals raw coil and flat sheet stock, bringing it to the jobsite for full fabrication.
Using New Tech Machinery panel-forming equipment, we formed 56 squares of standing seam panels in Dark Bronze, custom-sized for the home's exact layout.
We paired the roof with Sharkskin underlayment, selected for its water resistance and longevity—essential components for a new metal roof system designed to perform for decades.
Matching Metal Details, Made In-House
Every metal detail on this project was designed to match the roof's profile and color for a clean, unified look.
We fabricated:
• Color-matched trim, fascia, and flashing
• Commercial-grade box gutters and downspouts, formed to blend with the roofline
• Custom chimney caps, shaped and finished to tie into the standing seam system
All components were made by the Ramon Roofing team—nothing was outsourced, ensuring perfect fit, finish, and durability from top to bottom.
